2c- a very long wire/cord outside and accessible to children 2d- large plastic tarp covering part of the fence 3a- wood planks with nails 3f- wooden shed has a lid/roof that is not secured and falling off 4e-water temperature for licensed space was over 120 degrees 5a- one outlet in licensed space was not TR, a second outlet was not covered
